The appellants challenged a government resolution approving zoning-plan variants of a municipality. Before the tribunal ruled on the merits, the appellants notified the court by letter of 22 November 1995 that they were withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunal of Territorial Planning therefore found the case moot, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
