The appellant withdrew the appeal against the State Council’s approval of amendments to the municipal zoning plan. The Tribunal of Land Planning therefore found the case moot and struck it from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be collected. Copies of the decree were to be notified to the parties and authorities concerned.
