RI 1 appealed a 5 October 2005 decision of the Consiglio di Stato. On 20 October 2005, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the roll, and ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.
Withdrawal of appeal; striking out of proceedings and costs: where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the administrative court may strike the case from the roll as the proceedings are exhausted; absent a contrary basis, no fees or costs are charged.
