The appellants challenged local traffic regulations concerning the placement of sign 2.16, maximum weight 3.5 t, on parcel no. 1612 in Camorino. Before the administrative court ruled on the merits, the appellants notified the court that they were withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunal cantonale amministrativo therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be taken.
Withdrawal of appeal; striking out of the proceedings. Where appellants withdraw their appeal before judgment, the court declares the proceedings exhausted and removes the case from the docket; in the absence of a substantive decision, no merits review is carried out. Costs may be waived according to the circumstances, in particular where the withdrawal terminates the case without a contested merits ruling.

preso atto che con scritto 5 dicembre 2005 i ricorrenti hanno comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
