RI 1 appealed against the municipality of CO 1’s award of the glass supply and installation contract for a new kindergarten to CO 2. On 28 June 2005, the appellant notified the court that it was withdrawing the appeal. The Tribunal cantonal amministrativo therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or costs be taken.
Withdrawal of appeal; striking the case from the docket. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the proceedings become moot and the court files the matter away without ruling on the merits. considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
