la risoluzione 12 aprile, n. 1738, del Consiglio di Stato, che respinge il ricorso dell'insorgente avverso la decisione 1° marzo 2005 del Dipartimento del territorio con la quale gli nega il rinnovo della licenza di pesca tipo P2;
preso atto che con scritto 8 giugno 2005 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
