The appellant withdrew four administrative appeals against Cantonal Government procurement decisions after the parties reached an amicable settlement. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore struck the cases from the docket and ended the proceedings. preso atto che il 7 maggio 2003 il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare i ricorsi, ritenuto che le parti hanno trovato un accordo bonale ed ha chiesto di stralciare le cause dai ruoli senza assegnazione di ripetibili e senza spese;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese. Non si assegnano ripetibili.
