The appellant withdrew its appeal against a State Council decision concerning woodworking and roofing works. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore considered the proceedings terminated and struck the case from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be collected. The decision was issued by President Lorenzo Anastasi, assisted by court clerk Leopoldo Crivelli.
Withdrawal of the appeal before judgment; the court strikes the case from the docket and, absent contrary grounds, may decide not to levy judicial fees or costs. Once the appellant validly withdraws the remedy, the proceedings are exhausted and no further merits review is carried out.
