la decisione 18 giugno 2003 del Consiglio di Stato (n. 2715) che respinge l'impugnativa presentata dall'insorgente avverso la decisione 10 aprile 2003 della Divisione dell'ambiente che dispone l'esecuzione sostitutiva dell'ordine di sgombero 10 novembre 1997 di veicoli, rottami e copertoni usati, depositati sui mapp. n. __________ e __________ RF di __________;
preso atto che il 1° settembre 2003 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
