la decisione 17 dicembre 2002 della Casa Anziani __________, con la quale ha deliberato alla ditta __________, le opere da falegname;
preso atto che il 31 gennaio 2003 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
rilevato che la resistente si è avvalsa del patrocinio di un legale iscritto all'albo, per cui si giustifica la corresponsione di un'indennità per ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese. La ricorrente rifonderà alla resistente fr. 500.-- a titolo di ripetibili.
