The appellant challenged a State Council decision that had refused an extension of time to execute a restoration order for two parcels. Before the administrative court ruled, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 4 March 2002. The court therefore struck the case from its docket and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.

preso atto che il 4 marzo 2002 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
