The appellants challenged a State Council resolution concerning special use of public domain and the related annual fee. Before the cantonal administrative court, their counsel informed the court on 6 May 2003 that the appeal was withdrawn. la risoluzione 8 ottobre 2002, n. 4783, del Consiglio di Stato che respinge il ricorso 21 agosto 2002 degli insorgenti avverso la decisione 5 agosto 2002 dell'ufficio del demanio che rilascia ai ricorrenti l'autorizzazione per l'uso speciale del demanio pubblico e ne fissa la relativa tassa annua;
preso atto che il 6 maggio 2003 il patrocinatore dei ricorrenti ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
