The appellant withdrew the administrative appeal on 11 October 2002 in a dispute over the municipal hiring of a kindergarten cook. The Ticino cantonal administrative court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged.
