preso atto che in occasione dell'udienza di sopraluogo 26 marzo 2003, i ricorrenti, sentite le spiegazioni dell'Ufficio forestale, hanno dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
