The appellant challenged a State Council decision concerning interior plastering works for the expansion and renovation of a middle school. Before the administrative court ruled on the merits, the appellant withdrew the appeal. The president of the Cantonal Administrative Court therefore struck the case from the docket and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.
