The appellant challenged a municipal award for construction works relating to the laying of communal sewer and water pipelines. On 12 July 2002, counsel notified the Administrative Court that the appeal was withdrawn. The court therefore held that the proceedings were concluded and ordered the case struck from the roll. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be levied and that no party compensation would be awarded.
