The appellant withdrew its administrative appeal against the award decision concerning exterior plastering works for middle schools. The Administrative Court noted the withdrawal and held that the proceedings were thereby exhausted. It therefore struck the appeal from the roll and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal terminates the proceedings; the court may strike the case from the docket without ruling on the merits. In such a situation, and absent special circumstances, no court fees or expenses are levied (consid. 1-2).
