The Ticino Cantonal Administrative Court noted that the appellant withdrew its appeal on 22 May 2002 against the municipal decision awarding facade renovation works. As the dispute was thereby exhausted, the president ordered the case struck from the roll and decided that no court fees or costs would be charged.
Withdrawal of appeal; once the appellant withdraws the remedy, the proceedings become moot and the court strikes the case from the roll. In such a situation, absent special circumstances, no court fees or expenses are levied.
