The appellant withdrew its appeal against the Department of Institutions, Division of the Interior’s 25 February 2002 decision concerning an electricity supply fee. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted and struck the appeal from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; once the appellant withdraws the appeal, the proceedings are exhausted and the case must be struck from the docket. In such a situation, the court may order that no judicial fees or costs be charged.
