The Ticino Administrative Court, sitting through its president, dealt with an appeal against a five-month driving licence revocation ordered by the circulation authority and upheld by the State Council. preso atto che il 12 dicembre 2001 la patrocinatrice del ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
