The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision confirming a territorial department’s authorization for special use of cantonal public land and the related fees. preso atto che il 18 ottobre 2001 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
