The appellant challenged the State Council's decision concerning a special use authorization for cantonal public domain issued by the Department of the Territory. Before the cantonal administrative court, the appellant withdrew the appeal on 18 October 2001. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the matter from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged.

la decisione 24 aprile 2001 (n. 1922) del Consiglio di Stato che ha respinto il ricorso 26 febbraio 2001 dell'insorgente avverso la decisione 8 febbraio 2001 con cui il dipartimento del territorio ha rilasciato in suo favore un'autorizzazione per l'uso speciale del demanio pubblico cantonale in corrispondenza del mapp. __________ di __________ ed ha fissato le relative tasse;

preso atto che il 18 ottobre 2001 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
