The appellant withdrew the administrative appeal after the hearing before the Ticino Administrative Court concerning two State Council decisions that had declared certain parcels partly forest land. The respondents waived any claim for party compensation. The court therefore struck the appeal from the roll and ordered that no court fees, costs, or ripetibili be charged.
Withdrawal of appeal in administrative proceedings; discontinuance and costs. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal after the hearing, the court strikes the matter from the roll as the proceedings are exhausted. If the opposing parties waive compensation, no party costs are awarded and, absent a contrary basis, no court fees or expenses are levied.

statuendo sul ricorso 21 dicembre 2000/27 marzo 2001 di
contro
a) la decisione 5 dicembre 2000, n. 5559, con cui il Consiglio di Stato, ha accertato che i mappali __________ e __________ RF del comune di __________ sono parzialmente di natura boschiva;
b) la decisione 14 marzo 2001, n. 1154, con cui il Consiglio di Stato, ha modificato la decisione precedente nella misura in cui concerne il mappale __________;
ritenuto che posteriormente all'udienza 7 dicembre 2001 il ricorrente ha dichiarato di ritirare il ricorso;
preso atto che i resistenti dal canto loro hanno comunicato di rinunciare ad esigere l'indennità per ripetibili;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
