The appellant appealed a cantonal administrative decision refusing a subsidy for starting an agritourism activity. Before judgment, the appellant’s counsel informed the court on 29 May 2002 that the appeal was withdrawn. The Administrative Court therefore struck the case from its docket and ordered that no court fees or costs be levied.
