The appellant withdrew the administrative appeal against the State Council’s decision upholding a municipal building permit for extending a private road. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore declared the proceedings exhausted, struck the appeal from the roll, and ordered that no court fees or costs be levied.

preso atto che il 27 settembre 2000 il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso e chiesto lo stralcio della procedura senza spese compensate le ripetibili come alla convenzione versata agli atti;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
