The appellants challenged the State Council decision upholding the municipality's refusal of a permit for a retaining wall and related external works. preso atto che con comunicazione 9 novembre 2000 il patrocinatore dei ricorrenti ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

ritenuto che il ricorso 9 novembre 1999 non è stato intimato alle parti, per cui non si giustifica la corresponsione di ripetibili ai resistenti;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.

Non si assegnano ripetibili.
