la decisione 9 giugno 1999, no. 2502, del Consiglio di Stato, che non ammette l'insorgente alla seconda fase della procedura selettiva poiché la stessa non ha trasmesso la documentazione prevista nel bando di concorso, in particolare gli atti ufficiali previsti quale motivo di esclusione dal CIAP;

preso atto che in data 9 luglio 1999 la ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
