The claimant appealed a State Council decision but withdrew the appeal on 17 June 1999. The Administrative Court of Ticino noted the withdrawal, held that the proceedings were therefore terminated, struck the appeal from the roll, and ordered that no fees or costs be charged.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; the court strikes the case off the roll once the appellant withdraws the remedy and the proceedings are thereby exhausted. In such a situation, absent a specific contrary basis, no court fees or costs are levied (consid. 1-2).
