preso atto che in data 5 marzo 1999 il patrocinatore della ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.

La ricorrente verserà al dr. __________ l'importo fr. 500.-- a titolo di ripetibili.
