In an administrative appeal concerning a building permit, the appellant’s counsel informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The Ticino Administrative Court therefore found that the proceedings were exhausted, struck the appeal from the roll, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
Withdrawal of an administrative appeal; once the appellant withdraws the remedy, the court no longer has a live dispute to adjudicate and will strike the case from the roll. In such circumstances, it may order that no court fees or expenses be charged (consid. 1-2).

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
