The appellant challenged a State Council decision annulling its dismissal of a secretary. Administrative appeal; strike-out after settlement. Where the parties inform the court that they have reached an extrajudicial settlement and jointly request the proceedings to be struck from the roll, the appeal becomes procedurally moot and is to be terminated without a merits ruling. If the parties further agree that no court fees or party compensation shall be charged, the court may order the proceedings struck out free of charge and without ripetibili.

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
Non si assegnano ripetibili.
