The appellant withdrew its appeal on 13 February 1995 in proceedings before the Ticino Administrative Court against a State Council decision concerning an inquiry into municipal administration. The court held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the appeal struck from the roll. It also ordered that no court fees or costs be collected.
Withdrawal of appeal; striking from the roll and costs: where the appellant validly withdraws the appeal, the proceedings are terminated as exhausted and the court strikes the case from the roll. In the absence of a substantive adjudication, the court may order that no fees or costs be levied (consid. 1-2).
