The appellant challenged a State Council decision confirming a municipality’s refusal to grant a building permit for a house in the village core. Before the administrative court decided the merits, the appellant notified the court that he was withdrawing the appeal. The court held that the proceeding was therefore exhausted, struck the appeal from the docket, and ordered that no fees or costs be collected.

preso atto che in data 27 luglio 1995 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
