Two appeals against a 23 May 1995 Cantonal Government decision concerning the Comune’s snow removal service fee for 1993/1994 were filed. At the hearing on 17 October 1995, after discussion, the appellants declared that they were withdrawing the appeals. The Administrative Court accordingly removed the matters from its docket and ordered that no fees or costs be levied.
Withdrawal of the appeal during the hearing; the appellate proceedings become moot and are struck from the docket. Where the appellants withdraw their recourse after discussion, the court notes the exhaustion of the proceedings and may order the files removed without imposing judicial fees or expenses.

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito,
decreta:
I ricorsi sono stralciati dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
