The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with a revision request against its prior judgment. The claimant's counsel informed the court that the request was withdrawn on 1 December 1995. The court therefore held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the request struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or expenses would be levied.
Withdrawal of a revision request renders the proceedings moot and leads to striking the case from the docket; in such circumstances the court may order that no court fees or expenses be charged.
