The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with a request for review of its own judgment in a building-law case. After the applicants’ counsel informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn, the court held that the proceedings were exhausted and ordered the case struck from the roll. It further decided that no court fees or expenses would be charged and that no party compensation would be awarded.
Withdrawal of an appeal or review request; if the appellant withdraws the remedy, the proceedings become moot and the court strikes the case from the roll. In such a situation, absent special circumstances, no court fees, expenses, or party compensation are imposed (consid. 1-2).

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
