The Administrative Court of Ticino dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision on a parish tax for 1989. After the parish informed the court on 17 January 1996 that it was withdrawing its appeals due to later legislative changes, the court struck the case from the docket. It also ordered that no court fees or expenses be collected.
PAmm arts. 3, 18, 28, 31, 60, 61; withdrawal of the appeal; striking the case from the docket and costs. Where the appellant expressly withdraws the appeal, the court terminates the proceedings by striking the matter from the roll. In such a case, and absent special circumstances, no fees or expenses are charged.
