The appellant challenged a cantonal government decision confirming the municipality's refusal of a building permit for the renovation of a rustico outside the building zone. la decisione 30 novembre 1994 del Consiglio di Stato (no. 10528) che respinge l'impugnativa presentata dall'insorgente avverso la risoluzione 9 settembre 1994 con la quale il Municipio di __________ gli ha negato il rilascio della licenza edilizia per la ristrutturazione del rustico al mappale no. __________ RF di __________ situato fuori della zona edificabile;
preso atto che in data 3 maggio 1995 il ricorrente ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
