The appellant filed an appeal against the 15 June 2000 decision of the Tribunale di espropriazione della giurisdizione sottocenerina. On 11 September 2000, the appellant informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn. The president of the Tribunale cantonale amministrativo therefore struck the appeal from the docket and ordered that no taxes or costs be charged.
Appeal withdrawn during pending proceedings; the appellate court removes the matter from the docket once the withdrawal is communicated, as the dispute is thereby exhausted. In such a case, absent contrary reasons, no court fees or costs are levied (consid. 1-2).
