The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal filed in 1997 against a decision of the southern expropriation tribunal. On 8 August 2002, the appellant’s lawyer informed the court that the appeal was being withdrawn because the parties had reached a settlement. The court held that the proceedings were therefore concluded and ordered the appeal struck from the docket. It also decided that no court fees or expenses would be collected and that no party compensation would be awarded.

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.
