la decisione 16 gennaio 1989, no. 30/87, del Tribunale di espropriazione della giurisdizione sottocenerina;

preso atto dell'accordo stipulato fra le parti in data 15 dicembre 1998, ove la ricorrente al punto 1 dichiara di rinunciare alle procedure espropriative e, di conseguenza, di ritirare il ricorso 16 febbraio 1989 pendente innanzi a questo Tribunale, senza carico di spese e compensate le ripetibili;

considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;

decreta:

  1. Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.

  2. Non si prelevano né tasse, né spese.

Non si assegnano ripetibili.
