visto il ricorso del 5 dicembre 2002 interposto da

la decisione dell'8 novembre 2002 emanata da

Cassa cantonale assegni familiari, 6501 Bellinzona 1 Caselle

in materia di assegni di famiglia

letti ed esaminati gli atti;

visto in particolare lo scritto della parte convenuta che precisa di aver emesso in data 4 marzo 2003 e 6 marzo 2003 due nuove decisioni con le quali vengono integralmente accolte le conclusioni dell'atto di ricorso e viene annullata la precedente decisione qui impugnata (cfr. Doc. _ e allegati);

ricordato che, ai sensi dell'art. 3a cpv. 1 della Legge di procedura per i ricorsi al Tribunale cantonale delle assicurazioni (LPTCA), l'autorità amministrativa può, fino all'invio della sua risposta, riesaminare la decisione impugnata;

ritenuto che comunque anche la ricorrente, con scritto 20 marzo 2003 (cfr. Doc. _), ha comunicato il ritiro del ricorso aderendo alle nuove decisioni della cassa;

rilevato che di conseguenza il gravame è divenuto privo di oggetto;

decreta 1. il ricorso di cui sopra è stralciato dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
