The appellant withdrew the appeal against the decision of the Ticino family allowances fund. The cantonal insurance court therefore held that the case had become moot and ordered it struck from the docket. It further ordered that no court fees or costs be levied. The decision was issued by President Daniele Cattaneo of the Tribunal cantonal delle assicurazioni.
Withdrawal of the appeal; mootness of the proceedings. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the court removes the case from the docket because the dispute has lost its object. In such circumstances, and absent special reasons, no court fees or costs are charged (cf. consid. on mootness and costs).

rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
