The appellants challenged decisions of the cantonal family allowances fund, but at the hearing before the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court they withdrew the appeal after the court's explanations. The court therefore found the case moot, struck it from the docket, and ordered that no court fees or expenses be charged. The parties were notified according to law.
