The cantonal insurance court received an appeal against a health insurer in a social-insurance matter. letti ed esaminati gli atti;

richiamata l'ordinanza 14.1.02 con la quale il Tribunale ha assegnato alla parte convenuta il termine di rito per presentare la risposta (II);

rilevato che tale termine, ad istanza della cassa, è stato prorogato al fine di risolvere bonalmente la vertenza (IV+VI);

vista la lettera 8.4.02 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso avendo raggiunto, nel frattempo, un accordo con la Cassa, (VII);

rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;

viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;

decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;

  1. non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;

intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
