The claimant appealed an opposition decision in accident insurance before the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court. After the respondent asked for dismissal, the appellant’s counsel filed a letter withdrawing the appeal. The court held that the case had become moot and ordered it struck from the docket. vista la lettera 08.07.05 dell’avv. RA 1 che, in nome e per conto del signor RI 1, dichiara di ritirare il ricorso (V);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.1961 e della Legge federale del
6 ottobre 2000 sulla parte generale del diritto delle assicurazioni sociali (LPGA);
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli, per desistenza:
non si prelevano né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
