In an accident-insurance appeal before the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court, the appellant withdrew the appeal by letter of 19 November 2003. The court held that the case had become moot and ordered it struck from the docket. It further decided that no court fees or costs would be levied and that notice be given to the parties.
