The claimant appealed an opposition decision in accident insurance matters to the Ticino Cantonal Insurance Court. After the court had set a deadline for the respondent’s answer, the appellant informed the court on 2 September 2003 that the appeal was withdrawn. The president held that the case had therefore become moot and ordered it struck from the roll. No court fees or costs were imposed, and the decision was notified to the parties.
