The claimant appealed an accident-insurance decision. After the respondent's answer, the claimant informed the court that the parties had reached a complete settlement and requested that the case be struck out, with each side bearing its own lawyer's fees. The president of the cantonal insurance court held that the proceedings had become moot and ordered the case struck from the roll. He also ordered that no fees or costs be charged and notified the parties accordingly.
