The appellant withdrew the appeal against the cantonal compensation fund’s decision on supplementary benefits. vista la lettera 25.01.03 della parte ricorrente che comunica il ritiro del ricorso (VI);
rilevato che la causa è divenuta priva di oggetto;
viste le disposizioni della Legge di procedura 6.4.61;
decreta 1. la causa è stralciata dai ruoli;
non si percepiscono né tasse né spese;
intimazione alle parti a sensi ed effetti di legge.
